Emily skipped up to the house, once again with a handful of worms she dug out of the dirt. "Silly girl, don't play with worms. Act like a lady. Mary take your sister to the prairie and show her the flowers. Help her pick a bouquet and bring them back to the house."

Flowers were created to show beauty. Flowers were created so young girls had something to resemble them from. Boys are looked upon as rough, loud, destructive, gross..worms. Yeah, that's a what a boy is. Thing of a flower. Pretty, colorful, innocent, sweet smelling, and pleasant. That's what a girl is.
This is pretty accurate, considering how destructive I am. Personally, my favorite flower is the Hibiscus.
ReplyDeleteI agree. It reminds me of when you get married and you have your flower thingy and you throw it to the other females the flower like resembles you cause you pick them out and they would probably match the theme of the wedding to.
